2. About Giving Forward Inc.
Giving Forward Inc. is a nonprofit organization supporting the continuation of girls’ education. The website provides information about Giving Forward Inc., its programs, charitable activities, donation opportunities, and related services.
3. Website Use
Users may use this website only for lawful purposes. Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website or misuse information or services provided through it.
4. Education-Support Programs
Eligibility, selection, verification, financial assistance, continuation of support, and other program decisions are governed by Giving Forward Inc.’s applicable program policies and procedures. Submission of information or participation in an application process does not by itself guarantee financial or educational assistance.
5. Donations
Donations made to Giving Forward Inc. are intended to support its charitable mission and programs. Donation processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers. Any applicable donation receipts or acknowledgments will be provided in accordance with Giving Forward Inc.’s policies and applicable law.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Giving Forward Inc. may send informational and program-related SMS/text messages to parents or guardians who have affirmatively consented to receive such communications. Participating schools or authorized program representatives obtain the parent or guardian’s consent before providing the mobile telephone number to Giving Forward Inc. SMS communications may include application information, document reminders, verification requests, application or program status updates, education-support information, and other communications relating to participation in Giving Forward Inc.’s programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving education-support services from Giving Forward Inc. Giving Forward Inc. does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. SMS Consent and Opt-Out
A parent or guardian must affirmatively consent before Giving Forward Inc. sends program-related SMS communications. Consent may be obtained and documented by an authorized participating school or program representative. A recipient may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, Giving Forward Inc. will stop sending SMS messages to that number except where a limited confirmation message is permitted or required. 8. Privacy
