Planned operating flow — not yet operational: Donor contribution → Payment processing → Giving Forward USA oversight → Legally compliant transfer and program allocation → Giving Forward India program administration → Approved caregiver assistance → School-supported verification and reporting.
Giving Forward Foundation USA is being established with independent board oversight, documented decision-making, conflict-of-interest controls, and defined responsibilities between its United States and India entities.
The foundation intends to disclose contributions, program allocations, administrative expenses, payment status, and material exceptions. Financial figures will be published only after they have been verified.
Annual reports will include program activity, financial information, governance updates, challenges, lessons learned, and verified outcomes. No annual report is currently available because the organization is in development.
Policies covering conflicts of interest, safeguarding, privacy, financial controls, document retention, complaints, and participant consent will be published as they are formally adopted.
